I’ve always believed that the best collaborations are built on trust, shared values, and a genuine connection. That’s exactly why working with Jo Ciriani and Graham Todd from Spaghetti Agency is always such a pleasure.
I’ve known Jo and Todd for years, and it was a real joy to photograph their first workshop of the year, The One Hour Social Media Plan. The event was a complete sell-out, with 100 enthusiastic business owners filling the room to learn how to streamline their social media strategy without the overwhelm.
Jo and Todd brought their trademark energy and honesty to the stage. They have a way of cutting through the noise and offering practical, no-nonsense advice that just makes sense. The atmosphere in the room was electric, with plenty of laughs, lightbulb moments, and scribbled notes. Spaghetti Agency is built on community and clarity. They know exactly who they are, and they’re not afraid to be themselves—which is exactly what draws people in. Their approach is real, and their results speak for themselves. As a photographer, I love capturing moments like this, where people are fully engaged, inspired, and connected. These are the stories worth telling.
Here are a few of the images I captured on the day to get a feel for the energy in the room. There’s nothing quite like seeing a business bring their brand to life in front of a live audience.
